Booking & Service Policies

• SBN kindly requests that you, the client, request to book any styling service according to the date you need your outfit by. (Ex: Birthday event June 10 = request to book SBN at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for the stylist to create outfit options and for the client to purchase the pieces in time for the event. Pieces online usually take 3-7 days to ship).

• The date you submit a booking form is the date SBN requires to be at least 2 weeks ahead of the date you need your outfit by. (EX: Birthday event June 10 = submitting a booking form NO LATER than MAY 27) Booking forms may be found on "Booking" page.

• Under no circumstances will one on one servicing be available to book in less than 2 weeks ahead of the desired date. PLEASE do not book until you are ready to begin the styling process. ​

• ALL bookings must be made on the booking page. If bookings are not made on the SBN "booking" page, you will not be serviced. 

​​

• ALL payments must be made through cashapp/zelle (listed below). *** Purchases from Niyy's Closet are an exception (Niyy's Closet purchases will be made through this site directly).

• ALL service fee payments should be made after the final look is confirmed with the stylist and client and the client is 100% satisfied.
